- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently
- Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Ability to maintain and order cleaning supplies
- Complete and maintain training for chemicals and equipment
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- No retail experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Client-facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following best practices and standards
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders for replenishment and proper storage
- Complete and maintain training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance procedures
- Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support operations by receiving and processing products, managing stockroom operations, and assisting with omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork
- Exercise good judgment when making decisions
- Demonstrate customer service mindset and anticipate customer needs
- Meet or exceed individual goals
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Respond proactively to direction from supervisors and managers
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
