Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts including weekends as required
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to facility policies
- Basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Compassionate and patient attitude
Job Duties
- Cleaning resident rooms, common areas and office areas including vacuuming, dusting, floor washing, and trash removal
- Laundering linens and resident's personal laundry
- Watering resident plants as needed
- Refilling bird seed
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents
- Assisting with other assigned housekeeping tasks
- Adhering to health and safety standards
