Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work full time including weekends and holidays
Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
Ability to follow procedures and hotel standards accurately
Strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties

Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
Maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
