Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English
- Comfortable working around pets
- Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia
- Physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred
- Reliable transportation for punctuality and attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
- Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas
- Support a safe and dignified environment for residents with memory impairments
- Maintain attention to detail and consistency in cleaning tasks
- Collaborate with team members to uphold community standards
- Adhere to safety and health regulations
- Assist with occasional lifting and moving of furniture or supplies
