Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- willingness to work full time during PM shift Monday through Thursday
- ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- comfortable working around pets
- willingness to assist individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia
- no prior experience necessary but preferred
- reliable transportation for punctuality
- strong communication skills

- previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred

Job Duties
- perform housekeeping duties throughout the community
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas
- support a safe and dignified environment for residents with memory impairments
- collaborate with team members to maintain community standards
- report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- follow company policies and procedures for health and safety
- manage supplies and equipment responsibly
