Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
- willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
- ability to read, write and speak English
- comfortable working around animals and pets
- active role involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- reliable transportation for attendance and punctuality
- previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred

Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas
- support a safe and dignified environment for residents with memory impairments
- maintain attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
- collaborate with team members to uphold community standards
- adhere to safety protocols and infection control
- assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
