Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and department requests
- fill cart with supplies and transport to assigned area
- enter guest rooms following procedures and ensure vacancy
- replace guest amenities and supplies
- change linens and towels
- make beds and fold terry
- clean bathrooms thoroughly
- remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
- check appliances for presence and functionality
- straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
- dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- follow company safety and security policies
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and accidents
- complete safety training and certifications
- properly store flammable materials
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- thank guests genuinely
- communicate clearly and professionally
- support team goals
- ensure quality standards adherence
- move, lift, carry objects up to 25 pounds independently and heavier objects with assistance
- push and pull loaded carts over various surfaces
- reach overhead and below knees
