Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to guest and department requests
  • fill cart with supplies and transport to assigned area
  • enter guest rooms following procedures and ensure vacancy
  • replace guest amenities and supplies
  • change linens and towels
  • make beds and fold terry
  • clean bathrooms thoroughly
  • remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
  • check appliances for presence and functionality
  • straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
  • dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
  • vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
  • follow company safety and security policies
  • report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and accidents
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • properly store flammable materials
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and address guest service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • thank guests genuinely
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • support team goals
  • ensure quality standards adherence
  • move, lift, carry objects up to 25 pounds independently and heavier objects with assistance
  • push and pull loaded carts over various surfaces
  • reach overhead and below knees
  • stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods

  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
