Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift, pull, and push minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and corridors
- Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests
- Clean, dust, and vacuum rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
- Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as required
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to appropriate departments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and hotel policies
