Job Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Availability for shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm weekdays and 9:00 am to 5:30 pm weekends
- Must be able to communicate well with guests
- Ability to adhere to high standards of cleanliness
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms
- Communicate effectively with guests to address their needs
- Ensure guest rooms are stocked with necessary supplies
- Collaborate with team members to uphold hotel cleanliness standards
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Provide exceptional guest service with a welcoming attitude
