Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Availability for shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm weekdays and 9:00 am to 5:30 pm weekends
  • Must be able to communicate well with guests
  • Ability to adhere to high standards of cleanliness
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms
  • Communicate effectively with guests to address their needs
  • Ensure guest rooms are stocked with necessary supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold hotel cleanliness standards
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • Provide exceptional guest service with a welcoming attitude
