Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of professional housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to clean and sanitize various surfaces and flooring
- strong time management and ability to work independently
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- physical stamina for manual labor including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors
- valid driver license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- clean restrooms kitchens classrooms lobbies and common areas including mopping vacuuming dusting sanitizing and replenishing supplies
- maintain janitorial tools and chemical supplies to ensure safety and efficiency
- assist with setup and teardown for community events
- address safety and emergency incidents professionally
- manage cleaning schedules and supplies across multiple properties
