Job Requirements
- Legal ability to work in the U.S.
- Driver's license and insured vehicle
- Full-time availability Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Willingness to take initiative and communicate effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to take feedback and improve
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
Job Duties
- Performing high-quality, detailed cleaning in residential homes
- Respectfully communicating with clients and team members
- Following safety guidelines and taking care of equipment and products
- Taking initiative and sharing ideas that can improve service
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times
- Managing time effectively to ensure completion of daily tasks
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
