Job Requirements
- Reliable and enthusiastic team player
- Full-time availability Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Valid driver’s license, car, and insurance
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working alone and with a team
- Willingness to travel within East Bay service areas
- Commitment to upholding company values and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties including lifting up to 20 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic work ethic
Job Duties
- Provide high-quality residential cleaning services to clients
- Maintain cleanliness standards in all assigned homes
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned routes during scheduled hours
- Use cleaning tools and products safely and correctly
- Uphold company policies and procedures including safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in training new team members as needed
