Job Requirements
- Reliable and enthusiastic team player
- Comfortable working alone and in a team setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a personal car and valid insurance
- Able to lift 20 lbs and handle physical demands of cleaning
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a personal vehicle insured for work use
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift up to 20 lbs and complete cleaning tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Travel to assigned residential locations to perform cleaning services
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain schedules and ensure timely completion of routes
- Follow company standards for quality and customer satisfaction
- Participate in on-the-job training and comply with safety regulations
