Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • able to consistently lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist during cleaning duties
  • dependable and punctual
  • willing to work full time
  • comfortable working independently without close supervision
  • strong work ethic and motivation
  • ability to pass any required background checks
  • willing to undergo company training programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in residential cleaning or a similar role is an asset
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to perform demanding cleaning tasks
  • motivated and eager to learn and grow professionally

Job Duties

  • Perform thorough residential cleaning services to client specifications
  • follow training protocols provided by Perfect Home Maintenance trainers
  • manage time effectively to complete cleaning appointments independently
  • maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition
  • provide friendly and professional customer service
  • adhere to company policies and safety standards
  • communicate clearly with clients and supervisors about service needs and issues
