Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to consistently lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist during cleaning duties
- dependable and punctual
- willing to work full time
- comfortable working independently without close supervision
- strong work ethic and motivation
- ability to pass any required background checks
- willing to undergo company training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in residential cleaning or a similar role is an asset
- ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform demanding cleaning tasks
- motivated and eager to learn and grow professionally
Job Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning services to client specifications
- follow training protocols provided by Perfect Home Maintenance trainers
- manage time effectively to complete cleaning appointments independently
- maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition
- provide friendly and professional customer service
- adhere to company policies and safety standards
- communicate clearly with clients and supervisors about service needs and issues
