Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- ability to work monday through friday daytime hours
- willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
- ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment
- reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- clean residential properties thoroughly and efficiently
- maintain company vehicles and equipment
- provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- follow safety protocols and company policies
- manage cleaning supplies and inventory
- assist in training new staff as needed
- report any maintenance issues or client concerns promptly
