Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • ability to work monday through friday daytime hours
  • willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
  • ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment
  • reliable transportation to and from the worksite
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks

Job Duties

  • clean residential properties thoroughly and efficiently
  • maintain company vehicles and equipment
  • provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • follow safety protocols and company policies
  • manage cleaning supplies and inventory
  • assist in training new staff as needed
  • report any maintenance issues or client concerns promptly
