Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • ability to work Monday to Friday daytime hours
  • reliable transportation
  • physical capability to perform cleaning duties
  • strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • willingness to learn and adapt

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong attention to detail
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and travel frequently

Job Duties

  • clean residential spaces thoroughly and efficiently
  • travel to various client locations within the Jacksonville area
  • maintain company vehicles and equipment in good working order
  • provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • adhere to company safety and cleanliness standards
  • report any issues or client concerns to management
  • lead and train junior cleaners as promoted
