Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- valid driver’s license
- clear motor vehicle record
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours daily
- ability to lift 75 pounds regularly
- neat and clean appearance
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to learn personalized luxury service
- ability to work cooperatively in team environment

Job Duties
- Acquires and relays information that personalizes the guest’s stay
- creates a ritual experience around arrival and departure
- conducts guest registration and follows check-out procedures
- offers the Personal Hosts business card at the end of the Welcome Ritual
- fulfills traditional concierge and bell person roles
- transports luggage to guest rooms and escorts guests while providing detailed information about hotel facilities
- answers Welcome Desk telephones and handles special requests, questions, complaints, and problems
- manages guests’ messages and mail if applicable
- utilizes operational tools such as FLASH report and Outlook calendar
- understands and follows emergency procedures and hotel credit policies
- maintains harmonious relationships with all hotel departments
- keeps updated knowledge of the In Room Dining Menu
- is fluent with hotel operational systems including Opera PMS, Guest History, Reservations, and others
- transports guests and associates in company vehicles
- welcomes guests and assists with immediate questions while bringing luggage into the hotel
- remembers guest names and uses them throughout their stay
- manages traffic flow and calls for outside transportation as required
- provides valet parking
- maintains cleanliness and condition of hotel vehicles and premises
- maintains logs and reports incidents
- performs related duties as assigned
