Job Requirements
- Hold or meet qualifications to receive an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
- Have strong communication skills and a passion for teaching
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet programs
- Participate in CAE's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program
- Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
- Be authorized to live and work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Hold or meet qualifications for an unrestricted ATP certificate with at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
- Strong communication skills with a passion for teaching
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
- Experience flying business aircraft a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Detail oriented with ability to maintain accurate records
Job Duties
- Deliver flight training in simulation and ground school per regulatory agency and CAE curriculum
- Act as subject matter expert leading clients through their training
- Conduct pre and post flight simulator briefings professionally
- Perform administrative duties including training records and remedial training recommendations
- Provide instruction for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and pilot qualifications
- Participate in curriculum and courseware creation as needed
- Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman after 1.5 years
