- previous experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Maintaining the buildings
- breezeways free from trash and cobwebs
- sweeping and blowing debris
- replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
- walking the property monthly
- pressure washing the buildings
- preparing market ready units
- cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
- maintaining compactor area free from debris
