Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Proficiency in English reading, writing, speaking, and listening
  • Basic computer literacy including familiarity with software and hardware
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality when dealing with guest information

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Basic computer skills including use of word processing software and internet browsers
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
  • Strong reading comprehension
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and administrative systems
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Customer service knowledge and skills
  • Creativity and problem-solving ability

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and visitors with a professional, friendly demeanor including handling guest registration, room assignments, and payment processing
  • Answer calls promptly and professionally, routing calls and messages accurately
  • Provide guests with accurate information about company policies, services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy, efficiency, and confidentiality, escalating issues as necessary
  • Maintain records, logs, and reports
  • manage bookings, reservations, and cancellations utilizing company software
  • Uphold partnership across the company to streamline communications and understand role impacts
  • Maintain cleanliness and brand standards at the Registration and affiliate desks
  • Perform other duties as assigned
