Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification within 90 days
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work onsite full-time
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience supervising multiple employees
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (required within the first 90 days of hire)
  • Advanced degree in culinary arts or related field (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervising multiple employees to maintain efficient workflows
  • Enforcing food safety and sanitation standards including ServSafe certification compliance
  • Managing inventory and supplies needed for meal production
  • Coordinating with hospital staff to meet specific dietary requirements
  • Training and mentoring staff to uphold company policies and service excellence
