Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent or in process
- one year of experience operating dish machine or other food service equipment
- ability to maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- ability to work independently
- basic knowledge of kitchen safety, ware-washing, and sanitation standards
- physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds
