Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Food & Beverage supervision or related hospitality role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of beverage products and bar terminology
- Ability to enforce compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Basic cash handling experience

- Previous experience in Food & Beverage supervision or related hospitality role
- Knowledge of beverage products including beers, wines, and liquors
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Basic cash handling and accounting skills
Job Duties
- Supervise and train team members in all Food & Beverage outlet operations
- Assist management in the selection of new hires and with beverage controls
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
- Demonstrate knowledge of beers, wines, liquors, specialty cocktails, drink service and bar terminology
- Maintain cleanliness of the F&B outlet areas and ensure equipment is well-maintained
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, third-party liability, liquor laws and alcohol awareness standards and procedures
- Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures to total, process and collect payments from guests
- Create revenue-generating promotions
- Perform staff and additional duties, as required
