Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 months of related experience or training

Job Duties
- Assure customers are receiving world class customer service and attention in the fitting rooms
- answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional and pleasant disposition
- be knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance
- assist in general office duties that include mail service, sorting and opening mail to deliver to appropriate individuals or departments, and assisting other office positions as needed
- create daily pocket schedules, make signs for all shops
- assist in various projects for members of the leadership team as needed
- develop product knowledge and partner with sales associates to help achieve daily selling goals
- focus on fashion trends
- check customers in and out of fitting rooms while monitoring merchandise
- prepare merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
- be knowledgeable to answer questions converting location, price and use of merchandise
- contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth
- demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and problem solving skills
- be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere and treat others with respect and consideration while following Scheels policies and procedures
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to complete basic mathematical equations
