Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and spa standards in the female locker room, work out area, and pool
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Accommodate special requests whenever possible
- Resolve customer complaints
- Assist customers in all inquiries related to spa services
- Work flexible shifts including day, afternoon, weekends, and holidays
- Uphold the company standards of guest service and safety
