- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
- Possess basic computer skills
- Possess strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding Bakery operations, safety, and sanitation
- Maintain a clean as you go work area
- Adhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of product including following recipes, packaging and displaying properly
- Complete all necessary paperwork relating to Bakery Department
- Maintain organized and supplied bakery supply storage area
- Prepare bakery products in adherence with quality standards
- Prioritize multiple tasks without supervision
- Minimize shrink through proper handling and storing of product
- Ensure equipment is in proper working condition
