Job Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required
- Understanding of basic sanitation and safety practices
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all dishes associated with the kitchen, deli, and bakery
- Clean all areas of the kitchen, production, and packing areas
- Take out garbage for the kitchen and other assigned areas
- Adhere to safety standards in storing and preparing food
- Adhere to sanitation and health guidelines
- Communicate with the Executive Chef on any issues that arise
- Perform other duties as assigned
