Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- A clean driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Up to date car registration
- A smartphone with the ability to use the delivery app to navigate
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Job Duties
- Load, transport, and deliver items to guests or businesses in a timely manner
- Review orders before delivery to ensure they are complete and accurate
- Load and unload items into vehicle in a safe and appropriate manner so that product will not be damaged during the delivery process
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handle complaints from guests
- Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Work with dispatching team to resolve problems including order accuracy, and guest communication if needed
- Train new drivers as needed
- Complete training courses to build product knowledge and stay up to date on new promos, products, and procedures
- Assist in-store between delivery runs
