Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work full-time with flexible or fixed schedule
- Must be able to stand and move during entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
Job Qualifications
- Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service
- Ability to positively interact with team members and guests
- Ability to be mobile and/or on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds
- Reach, bend, stoop, lift, wipe, sweep, and mop as needed
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed
- Provide exceptional guest service with a positive attitude
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve restaurant goals
- Cross-train to perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as required
