Job Qualifications

- proficiency with HT Internet software, email, inventory software, spreadsheet, and word processing software
- completion of company training programs including orientation and customer service network
Job Duties
- manage and supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department
- assist the Department Manager with department direction, coordination, and evaluation
- perform duties of baker/fryer, cake decorator, Fresh Foods clerks, and chef as needed
- interview and train associates
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and provide feedback
- address complaints and resolve problems
