Job Requirements
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is required
- Consistent and reliable attendance with strong punctuality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed (preferred)
- Must successfully pass a background check to work in a school environment
- Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks including walking, bending, stretching, lifting up to 50 pounds, pulling, and pushing
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and customer service mindset
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Able to accurately track and log work hours using a smartphone or mobile device

Job Duties
- Perform general custodial duties (cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal)
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and entrances
- Maintain floors and carpets as needed
- Support event setups and breakdowns, including furniture moves
- Help secure building entrances during shifts and report safety or maintenance issues
- Carry and respond to a two-way radio for service and emergency communication
- Provide occasional support for weekend events with advance notice
