Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • eligible to work in the United States
  • communicate effectively in English including reading, writing, and speaking
  • one year of customer service experience
  • ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically using devices such as iPads, tablets, computers, and mobile devices
  • effective communication with colleagues and clients both in-person and electronically
  • pass a background check and drug screen
  • eligibility to acquire necessary credentials and clearances such as FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal as applicable
  • flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physically able to lift up to 70 pounds
  • able to stand and walk for prolonged periods in indoor and outdoor environments
  • ability to reach with arms and grasp with hands
  • ability to push, pull, crawl, crouch, bend, stretch, squat, and kneel
  • able to handle moderate to high noise levels
  • able to hear and respond to audible alarms and spoken voice
  • able to perform repetitive arm, wrist, hand, and finger motions
  • required vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries
  • effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • ensure compliance with all airline and airport regulations and procedures
  • provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services
  • coordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth passenger experience
  • exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
  • perform any additional duties as assigned by management
