Job Requirements

  • full-time availability for 40 hours per week
  • ability to work weekends and holidays
  • reliable transportation to Chesapeake office for interviews
  • warm and friendly demeanor
  • self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
  • ability to handle high call volumes
  • proficiency in Office 365 is advantageous

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • proficient computer skills including multitasking across dual screens
  • prior experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • bilingual in Spanish and English is beneficial but not required

Job Duties

  • manage incoming calls and website chats with professionalism and warmth
  • multitask efficiently using two monitors
  • maintain composure and provide confident assistance to emotional or upset callers
  • adhere to service quality and performance expectations
  • demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
  • communicate clearly and courteously in all interactions
  • document and report customer inquiries accurately
