Job Requirements

Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
18 years or older
high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship
possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
some license restrictions may prohibit consideration for this role

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or international equivalent
ability to use computers and learn new software programs
customer service skills
valid state driver’s license without restrictions that would disqualify from the role
ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
provide efficient and friendly customer service
ensure safe transportation of crew and luggage between terminal and aircraft
operate vehicles in various weather and visibility conditions
drive shuttles in congested areas with aircraft and moving equipment
lift and load customers' bags onto conveyor belts
