Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • retail management experience preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
  • capability to perform physical activities such as bending, reaching, and stretching
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • compliance with federal, state, and local legal job requirements
  • willingness to engage in interactive accommodation process if needed

Job Duties

  • Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
  • ensure execution of Company policies and standards
  • hold team accountable for store conditions and results
  • ensure all front end policies and procedures are followed
  • achieve KPIs and manage team to achieve role KPIs
  • plan and lead execution of class and in-store events
  • lead omnichannel processes
  • manage and execute shrink and safety programs
  • assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits
  • assist with inventory processes including Return to Vendor and Advance Shipping Notice
  • assist with onboarding of new Team Members
  • train, observe, and coach customer experience team to achieve results
  • participate in performance management process
  • serve as Manager on Duty
  • interact with others respectfully and promote organization values
  • acknowledge customers and help locate products
  • participate in truck unloading and stocking
  • cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
  • lead custom framing solution delivery where applicable
  • other duties as assigned
