- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks

- Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate service to older adults
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines specific to senior nutrition
- Ensure all food preparation and storage complies with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences of residents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations throughout the shift
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring food supplies and reporting needs to management
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal service
- Participate in ongoing training and meetings to stay updated on best practices and community policies
