- Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising a team
- At least 18 years of age
- Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- Ensuring meal services begin on time
- Ensuring portion, appearance, and temperature of all food items is appropriate and of high quality
- Coordinating and supervising the work of kitchen staff
- Maintaining adherence to culinary standards and safety protocols
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
