Job Requirements

  • At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment
  • Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supervising a team
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • Ensuring meal services begin on time
  • Ensuring portion, appearance, and temperature of all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • Coordinating and supervising the work of kitchen staff
  • Maintaining adherence to culinary standards and safety protocols
  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing friendly and helpful customer service
