- 2+ years of experience in a similar kitchen/hotel operation
- high school education, cooking school or culinary institute education preferred
- flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in English

Job Duties
- maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all food safety standards
- communicate respectfully and effectively with team members about menu items, challenges, and shortages
- contribute positively to a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment
- manage daily operations of an assigned station, including mise en place, par levels, and cleanliness
- prepare consistent, high-quality meals for all outlets in line with production and quality standards
- follow Four Seasons food standards, recipes, and plating guidelines
- operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment
- assist with menu development and preparation of specials while avoiding overproduction
- label, date, rotate, and store all food items according to food safety policies
- ensure timely and efficient food service to guests
- perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership
