Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all food safety standards
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with team members about menu items, challenges, and shortages
- Contribute positively to a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment
- Manage daily operations of an assigned station, including mise en place, par levels, and cleanliness
- Prepare consistent, high-quality meals for all outlets in line with production and quality standards
- Follow Four Seasons Food Standards, recipes, and plating guidelines
- Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment
- Assist with menu development and preparation of specials while avoiding overproduction
- Label, date, rotate, and store all food items according to food safety policies
- Ensure timely and efficient food service to guests
- Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership
