Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar kitchen/hotel operation
  • high school education, cooking school, or culinary institute education preferred
  • flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in English
  • ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • legally authorized to work in the u.s.

Job Duties

  • act as a liaison between line staff and kitchen management to ensure performance and quality standards are met
  • verify station readiness by ensuring all areas are properly stocked, prepped, and organized for service
  • maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all food safety standards
  • communicate respectfully and effectively with team members about menu items, challenges, and shortages
  • contribute positively to a fast paced, collaborative kitchen environment
  • manage daily operations of an assigned station, including mise en place, par levels, and cleanliness
  • prepare consistent, high quality meals for all outlets in line with production and quality standards
  • follow Four Seasons Food Standards, recipes, and plating guidelines
  • operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment
  • assist with menu development and preparation of specials while avoiding overproduction
  • label, date, rotate, and store all food items according to food safety policies
  • ensure timely and efficient food service to guests
  • perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership
