Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physically capable of standing and exerting mobility for up to four hours
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • willing to work in hot and damp conditions
  • able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
  • ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
  • ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
  • commitment to excellent customer service
  • basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • physical ability to meet job demands

Job Duties

  • prepare menu items according to recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
  • communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
