Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED required
- Some experience in quantity food production preferred
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Requires standing for extended periods of time
- Exposure to tools, utensils, equipment, and cleaning materials, requiring attentive and safe utilization
- Must successfully complete all required background and pre-employment checks
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Must be able to work the specified weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Duties
- Fulfill menu requirements and serve meals
- Wash pots and pans, trays, dishes, etc
- Take out kitchen trash to outside trash bins
- Cover, label and date all suitable leftovers for storage
- Maintain personal cleanliness, as well as cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas
- Take and record food temperatures at mealtime
- Take and record refrigerator, freezer and dishwashing machine temperatures
