Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to stand and move constantly during shifts
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to use POS system
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to follow hygiene and sanitation standards strictly
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work as a team
- Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards
- Experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Basic understanding of POS systems
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
Job Duties
- Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines
- Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100 percent of the time
- Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system
- Restocks work station with food products as needed
- Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department
- Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards
- Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
- Completes and abides by all training requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned
