Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- knowledge of multiple phone line operations and proper phone etiquette
- minimum of 6 months customer service and clerical experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a welcoming, professional manner
- answer internal and external telephone calls promptly and professionally
- apply safety, security, and emergency procedures appropriately
- monitor and direct building entry and exit and follow check-in and check-out procedures
- become familiar with all residents and communicate positively with them daily
- update resident roster daily and collect resident charges such as meal tickets and store charges
- provide administrative and clerical support to department heads, business office manager, and executive director
- keep front desk organized, neat, and clean and perform light housekeeping duties
- assist with other duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager
