Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and resident records
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Support the community's daily activities and events by providing logistical assistance
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
