Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers so that organizational objectives are met and individuals feel served appropriately
  • Keep difficult situations from escalating
  • Accept delivery packages, document receipt in a log book, and notify the recipient
  • Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
