Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers so that organizational objectives are met and individuals feel served appropriately
- Keep difficult situations from escalating
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt in a log book, and notify the recipient
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
