Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cleaning experience preferred
- ability to lift and move cleaning equipment
- dependable work ethic
- reliable transportation
- availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- willing to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform janitorial duties efficiently
- experience with commercial cleaning preferred
- reliable transportation
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- bilingual Spanish and English is a plus
- prior experience in floor stripping/waxing or carpet cleaning is advantageous
Job Duties
- Picking up trash or clutter in common areas
- cleaning of entryways, hallways, offices, and restrooms
- wiping down tables, desks, and counters
- vacuuming carpeted areas
- dusting
- mopping hard floors and bathrooms
- emptying trash
- monitoring and stocking janitorial supplies
