Job Requirements
- no Civil Service Test required
- clean NYS driver’s license required
- physical ability to perform heavy lifting, moving furniture, and climbing ladders
- ability to work assigned shifts from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
- willingness to fill in at various buildings as needed
- must be able to work no more than 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- building maintenance and cleaning experience preferred
- physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position
- clean NYS driver’s license required
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- good communication skills
- reliability and punctuality
Job Duties
- various cleaning responsibilities involving heavy lifting, moving furniture, climbing ladders, and using cleaning machines and equipment
- individual will be responsible for filling in at various buildings as needed
- working from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
- ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of building facilities
- handling cleaning supplies and equipment safely
- cooperating with team members and supervisors
- adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
