Job Requirements
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent education
- must be at least 18 years old
- must have one-year of experience as a dishwasher preferred
- knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Illinois food handlers certificate strongly preferred
- ability to work in a team environment
- must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
- must have a neat and clean appearance and uniform
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- properly wash, clean and dry dishes according to health department guidelines
- sets up station and ensures that the work area is operated in an efficient manner
- restock items as needed throughout the shift
- supports all training of other staff members as needed
- informs supervisor of any kitchen equipment or machinery that is not working properly
- assists in the cleaning, sanitation and organization or kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas
- follows all CGG departmental policies and procedures
- performs all related duties as assigned
